Everything Pink Cupcakes
Besides the chocolate cake, these cupcakes are all about the pink. Pink vanilla buttercream frosting, pink hearts made from confectioner's chocolate and pink sprinkles. So fun for a female birthday!
I received this really sweet note from my client:
Hello,
My mom recently placed an order with you for the pink cupcakes for my girlfriends birthday. You actually have them featured in your blog. I just wanted to tell you that her family as well as mine feels that these are by far the best cupcakes we have ever had. My girlfriend said she would prefer your baking over flowers hands down haha. I just wanted to tell you that I will be recommending you to any one I can. You did an excellent job and i just wanted to say thank you.

Zebra Print Sugar Cookies
Pink Birthday Cupcakes
These were created for a 14 year olds birthday. My client informed me that her daughter is totally into Legally Blonde The Musical and asked me to come up with something that represented that. I came up with a pink dress, shoes and a dog. The large cupcake is for the birthday girl. Yellow cupcakes with vanilla buttercream. All decorations are made with confectioner's chocolate.
I received this sweet note from my client:
Hi Rose,
Great job! The cupcakes were perfect - Lauren was thrilled! She thought she was getting a cake from the grocery store so that made it even "sweeter". They were too cute to eat, but we did. :) They're as delicious as they are pretty. You really added the perfect touch to her Legally Blonde birthday.
Thanks again! Lori

3rd Birthday Cupcake
Birthday Cupcakes
These were created for my client's birthday. She said decorate with hearts. I'd thought I would emboss them and add some fun sprinkles to make them festive. I found the sprinkles at Fancy Flours, they have such fun things for decorating.

Shawn's Baby Shower
I created these for my sister-in-law Shawn's baby shower. The cookies were the favors and were put on each guest's plate. The cake was our centerpiece and was created by my friend Patty. The cake was inspired by one that I had seen on Pink Cake Box and I asked Patty to recreate it. The cupcakes were the guests of honors favorite flavors. Chocolate with vanilla buttercream and chocolate with chocolate fudge frosting. Lemon with lemon curd cream cheese frosting and carrot with cream cheese frosting. Making the cookies and cupcakes was so much fun becuase I knew Shawn would be so excited to see it all. She is basking in the glory of pregnancy and looks so beautiful!!

Spa Birthday Cupcakes
These were created for a 9 year old girl who is having a spa themed birthday party. Since they are getting manicures and pedicures I thought nail polish bottles would be cute. My very talented and very creative friend Patty who owns Sweet P Sweets helped me make the bottles.

Superstar Birthday!
These were created for a 4 year olds birthday party. She is having her party at Libby Lu and they are getting the Rock Star treatment. The colors match the invitation. My client wanted everything as sparkly as I could make it. I added sanding sugar to the border of all the stars. I really like the color combinations. Chocolate chip cupcakes with chocolate fudge frosting.
