Birthday Cupcakes
These were delivered as a surprise for a woman's birthday. I received a call last night from a client asking if I could do this. I love surprising people with cupcakes. They are a great birthday treat!

Snowflake Cupcakes
My client asked me to do a dozen cupcakes that she could give as a gift to her neighbor. Her neighbor shoveled her driveway during all of the horrible snowfalls we have had of late. Cupcakes are a great way to say thank you! I came up with the idea of doing a little snowflake on each cupcake and some edible glitter to look like snow.

Glass Artist Jamie Burress
How cute are these glass cupcake items? Jamie Burress is an artist out of Eugene, Oregon who makes really fun glass objects. The cupcake items are of special interest to me. Jamie sells glass pins, magnets and pendants all shaped like really delicious looking cupcakes. The mirror above is a really great gift for any cupcake lover! Check out her website.

Patty's Birthday Cupcakes
I created these cupcakes for my friend Patty's birthday. Her husband was going to be out of town for her birthday so he e-mailed me and asked me to bring her cupcakes to celebrate her special day. Patty knew he would be asking me, so she requested coconut with cream cheese frosting.
Owl Cupcakes
These were created for a preschool teacher for her birthday. The preschool my client's daughter attends has an owl as a mascot. My client thought it would be great for the teacher's cupcakes to represent the school. Chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting. The owls are made of chocolate the other cupcakes have coarse sugar.

Get Well Cupcakes
Happy Birthday Cupcakes
These were delivered to Best Travel as a birthday surprise for one of the employees. The ladies in the office said they were craving my red velvet cupcakes. They were so happy to have a reason to order. As I always say: "You don't need to celebrate an event to eat cupcakes.......you can order from me anytime, no special event necessary" I hope they all satisfied their craving :)

Princess Birthday Cupcakes
These were created for twin 5 year old girls. They are having their birthday party at Twinkle Teas in Wheaton (how cute is that name?) I put some luster dust on the tiaras to make them shiny and sprinkled edible glitter on the cupcakes. What princess doesn't like all the sparkle and shine :)
Chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting tinted pink.
Polka Dot 1st Birthday Cupcakes
These were created for a little girl's first birthday. These are just a few of the cupcakes. My client is going to be putting them on my 3-tiered tower and hopefully will take some pictures so that I can see the finished product. I had regular size cupcakes covered with light pink (shown), purple and hot pink polka dots. The mini cupcakes had a polka dot big enough to cover the cupcake. I am looking forward to seeing the combination all together. The birthday girls cupcake had a large dot with a #1 on it. Red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, white chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream and yellow cupcakes with vanilla buttercream.
