Martini Glass Sugar Cookies
These were created for the birthday of a bartender. Patrick, the chef at the kitchen that I rent space from, ordered these for his friend. He is going to serve them on a silver tray at the bar they both work at tonight. These were really fun to do. Sorry for the bad picture, I forgot to take a picture and at the last minute took it in the box the cookies were packaged in.
Funky Flower Cupcakes
These were created for a very good client's birthday. The staff at Fuller's, where she works, gets all their birthday cupcakes from me. I wanted to do some fun flowers for Katie and she said lavender was her favorite color. Lemon cupcakes with lemon curd buttercream frosting. The flowers are chocolate.

Ladybug 1st Birthday Cupcake Tower
The entire cupcake tower and cookies were created based on the invitation (far right on corner of table; top picture). The invitation was my inspiration for the colors and design. Yellow 6 inch smash cake for the birthday girl. Chocolate and Yellow cupcakes with vanilla buttercream. Red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Sugar cookies for the kids to take home as their favors.
I received this incredibly gracious note from the birthday girls grandmother:
Hi Rose,
I just wanted to thank you for helping to make Ellysen’s 1st birthday party such a huge success. Everyone was so impressed with the cupcake tower and love bug cookies. The smash cake, cupcakes and cookies were all just so adorable. I knew that all the baking you do is incredible, but you truly out did yourself. You are “THE BEST” Rose. You should be so proud of your baking skills and creativity. It is perfection and I am so envious. What amazed many of the guests that not only were the cupcakes and cookies cute and adorable, they were delicious. So many times bakery items look really cute but are a big disappointment when you taste them.
Elle loved her smash cake as you saw from the pictures that Kimberly sent to you. She daintily picked at the frosting until her father cut a piece of her cake so she could have a taste of the cake too. This little girl is so spoiled the only two bakery items she has tasted are Rose Petals Cakery creations. She is going to be disappointed when she tastes grandma’s cakes and cookies. J
I wish you continue success with your business. I bragged to everyone about the cupcake tower and love bug cookies that Ellysen had for her 1st birthday party. I will continue to spread the word of what a fantastic baker you are to anyone that is looking for something really special for one of their events.
Best Regards,
Barbara

Fortune Cookie Cupcakes
These were created for a bridal shower. The theme of the shower was "good luck" and there was a fortune cookie on the invitations. My client and I thought it would be cute to put a fortune cookie on the cupcakes. The fortune has the bride and grooms name and their wedding date. The fortune cookies are made out of candy clay. Chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
