Flower Cupcake Tower

These were created for a client who was having a Luau party for 100 people! We decided to go with bright color frosting and play on that with the flowers as well. Lemon cupcakes with lemon curd buttercream, chocolate cupcakes with coffee buttercream, chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream and yellow cupcakes with coffee buttercream. The flowers were made from confectioner's chocolate. I put lemon leaves on the cupcake tower to add to the floral feel of it.




I received this note from my client:

Hi Rose,

I realized I never sent you a formal response to the cupcakes...............they were a big hit at my son's engagement party......everything was moist and delicious. The colors and flowers were perfect. You have a unique talent. I look forward to an opportunity to work with you again and wish you much success.
